This coffee is produced by Cup of Excellence Ethiopia 2021 winner Tamiru Tadesse. While this isn't the winning lot, it is a beautiful, complex and delicious coffee brought to us thanks to Tamiru's experience and commitment to quality.
This coffee is hand-picked and naturally processed including the fermentation of whole cherries for up to 26 days, depending on weather conditions. The end result is a clean, delicate coffee with notes of lavender, ginger tea and white peach.
